assisting disabled patrons

On Youtube, I discovered the 20 minute training video "Training for Librarians on Working with Special Needs Patron" which "focuses on assisting local public library staff in addressing needs of the disability community. It will provide information about mental illness and developmental disabilities as well as provide resources for additional information on serving this clientele".
Youtube hosts a lot of funny and/or useful videos featuring librarians, such as Matthew Broderick singing "Marian the Librarian" in the 2003 remake of "The Music Man" and "The Librarian, Episode 5: The Tell-Tale Kidney", but also a video by filipinolibrarian "as my contribution to the effort to change the stereotypes that have been associated with my profession over the years".
