"Virtually every group that has opposed disclosure has contended that the dissemination of information is not a good solution because the public won't be able to understand the published information. That argument holds little merit. If understanding is a problem, then nonprofits and governments need to improve the clarity of the information. The public funds these organizations and deserves a clear accounting of how its money is spent".
