"Austria and Bulgaria have had an official bilateral cultural agreement since 1974. The agreement covers: access to libraries, archives and museum collections, visits by experts in the field of theatre, film, library and museum preservation, the organisation of concerts, festivals and competitions, artist guest performances and the staging of exhibitions, co-operation between broadcasters, translation and publication of important literary, academic and artistic works, and contact between cultural institutions and associations", schreibt Lucy Cooper im Sofia Echo am 31.
